For the past 15 years, I have been dedicated to supporting young adults, teens and their parents. I spent much of that time providing therapy in New York City, before returning to my home town of Fairfield, CT to continue my practice. I have additional experience with this age group in schools, medical and psychiatric hospital settings and in the classroom while teaching at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.

I truly enjoy working with my clients and draw upon my extensive training and experience as well as their inherent strengths to achieve change in a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment.

My office is conveniently located at 1506 Post Road in downtown Fairfield, steps from the train station and with designated parking. I also continue to offer telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in CT or NY.
